Help for Students - Tamilnadu State SGF
On 02nd April 2023, during the 3rd State Gathering at Yelagiri., the participants hosted breakfast for 5 students from a local college, along with their lecturer. They later participated in an interactive session. After a brief introduction, there was an interaction to understand their goals and future plans. Tamilnadu SGF has assured support in their pursuit for livelihood by coordinating with Mr.V.Seshadri of Kanchee Guild, who is the CEO for a HR and IT consulting company. Mr.Pandian of Salem District explained about the various opportunities available in the uniformed forces. Mr.Prabhakar of South Chennai Guild, who is a partner in a Chartered Accountancy firm, has assured support for training in accounting for B.Com students. State President and State Secretary will coordinate any request from the students. Each of the students were provided with material and stitching charges required for a set of pants and a shirt. A few sports jerseys and a Volley-ball was also contributed for use by the students in the college. College Lecturer Mr.Ashwin agreed to coordinate and expressed gratitude to Tamilnadu SGF for the arrangement.
